The Collaborative Workshop, open to instrumentalists and singers of all levels, is led by renowned jazz trumpeter and educator Tom Kirkpatrick. Participants will delve into jazz harmony, improvisation, and vocal interpretation, with a focus on the American Songbook. Guided by Kirkpatrick, the workshop includes ensemble playing and in-depth exploration of jazz fundamentals.
Unlike a traditional course, this workshop is also a dynamic, open session. Participants are encouraged to actively contribute, bringing in their own ideas, introducing new pieces, and discussing performance practices, making it a truly collaborative and creative experience.

This workshop led by Tom Kirkpatrick is open to all instrumentalists and singers, the workshop is dedicated to jazz harmony and ear trainig applied to both singing and instruments.

This workshop led by Tom Kirkpatrick is open to all instrumentalists and singers and is dedicated to jazz improvisation techniques applied to the instrument and voice, ensemble direction, practice routine development and vocal instruction.
4:30pm - 18:30pm Workshop "Show me Your Song"
This collaborative workshop, designed by Anna Pantuso exclusively for singers, focuses on song interpretation through a creative, collective process. Participants are encouraged to bring their own ideas and explore different approaches to interpreting songs, working together to refine their vocal artistry.

6:30pm - 8:00pm - Jam Session led by Thomas Kirkpatrick
This jam session, is open to all participating instrumentalists and singers. Following the tradition of a classic jazz jam, there will be a resident group, and any musician can take the stage to play or sing their chosen standard after coordinating with the other musicians. The session will primarily feature pieces worked on collectively during the day, followed by the exploration of standards brought by each participant. This approach captures the extraordinary energy of a jazz jam, creating a space for participation, sharing, and learning
